Clarks Landing Yacht Sales is currently ramping up for the new boating season and is looking for a highly motivated and experienced broker to replace our current broker who is retiring.

This position allows for listing and selling of customer vessels as well as selling our retail lines of Beneteau - Gran Turismo - Swift Trawler- Flyer- Antares , Roughneck, and Wellcraft boats.

We're looking for someone who has boat knowledge and feels they are capable of selling a high-end product. Clarks Landing Boats & Yacht Sales has multiple locations in New Jersey and the Chesapeake Bay.

Candidates must have proven sales experience – (Boat or Car sales experience preferred). We have an excellent training program for the right individual. Candidate will be responsible for building brokerage business in addition to selling new Yachts and Boats

Clarks Landing Brokers benefit from the steady stream of leads generated by our in-house marketing dept in addition to great sales support.

Duties:

  • Represent Clarks Landing Yacht Sales in selling NEW and BROKERAGE vessels
  • Cold calling to obtain new listings for targeted yachts
  • Foster relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collecting information on boats for accurate and detailed listings.
  • Responsible for showing boats
  • Compose and handle written commutation including emails, and letters with professionalism.
  • Communicate with internal departments for support (Marketing, Accounting, Closings)
  • Maintain a positive and effective working relationship with all members of the company team
  • Complete legal documents for listings and purchase agreements
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process
  • Ongoing communication with clients – buyers or sellers
  • Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documents
  • Track sales activity through CRM
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Participate in boat shows and company-sponsored events.

We are an authorized dealer of Beneteau - Gran Turismo - Swift Trawler- Flyer- Antares,, Roughneck, and Wellcraft boats. We carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory at our locations in Shady Side and Stevensville, Maryland, and a New Jersey Marina in Point Pleasant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
