Drive Engagement. Lindsey Communities is seeking a **highly driven, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist** who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves**owning projects, analyzing results, and continuously improving marketing efforts** while supporting a mission that inspires older adults to live their best lives. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in **executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, producing creative content, and analyzing performance metrics** across the Lindsey Communities family of brands, including **ClarkLindsey and Lindsey Life**. This role requires someone who can **move quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and maintain a high standard of quality and precision.** **WHAT YOULL DO** Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Support planning and promotion for events and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing needs across departments.
  • Assist with marketing strategy implementation across Lindsey

Communities brands Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track marketing metrics and campaign performance.
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results.
  • Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations. Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and

LinkedIn.

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Execute and monitor Google Ads and paid social campaigns. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
  • Create engaging content for websites and social media channels.
  • Design graphics and visual assets such as flyers, social media posts, ads, and infographics.
  • Capture and edit photography and video content from events, programs, and campus life. **WHO YOU ARE:** **Driven and self-motivated**\ You enjoy owning projects and pushing them across the finish line. **Analytical and detail-oriented**\ You like diving into data, spotting trends, and improving performance. **Fast-paced and adaptable**\ You handle shifting priorities and deadlines without losing momentum. **Structured but creative**\ You can generate new ideas while maintaining strong organization and execution. **Curious and continuously learning**\ You seek to master tools, platforms, and strategies to continually improve your impact. **WHAT YOU BRING:**
  • AssociatesorBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in marketing or social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
  • Experience with social platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **SCHEDULE**
  • Part-time, approx. 20 hours/week.
  • Hybrid option available after 90 days.
  • Occasional evenings/weekends for events. **BENEFITS and COMPENSATION**
  • The pay rate for this position is \$25.00 per hour. Company-wide bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year. ```{=html}
