Clarke Precision Machine, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will learn and/or apply machining skills, including blueprint reading, material inspection, operating manual and CNC equipment, and production tracking through our digital ERP system. We are committed to developing talented employees and offer hands-on training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished components
- Operate manual and CNC saws and other production equipment
- Perform basic quality inspections using precision measuring tools
- Accurately enter and track production information in our ERP system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow written instructions and work safely
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Commitment to quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC machine tools
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and precision measurement equipment
- CNC Lathe setup and operating experience is highly valued and may qualify candidates for additional compensation
