Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule plumbers to optimize efficiency.
- Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to track vehicle locations and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Perform data entry tasks related to invoicing, scheduling and email requests for service.
- Communicate effectively with plumbers and customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with GPS technology and the Austin area.
Position is in office Monday- Friday 7am-5pm
