Job Title: Associate Financial Advisor

The Opportunity: Clark Wealth Partners (CWP) is a rapidly growing, fee-based RIA. We are offering a rare opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional to launch or refine their career as a Financial Advisor without the pressure of cold-calling or sales quotas.
We are seeking a technical thinker who wants to master the craft of Wealth Management. You will work directly under the Sr. Advisors, learning our investment philosophy, trading operations, and planning strategies, with a defined path to Senior Advisor and potentially Partnership.

What You Will Do (The Mission):
- Master the Mechanics: You will take ownership of trade execution (once trained) and operational data. You will also assist the Sr. Advisors by gathering specific research and data points to support the firm's investment decision-making process.
- Financial Planning: You will help build comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients, assisting with cash flow analysis, retirement projections, and tax strategies.
- Client Service (The "Acorns"): Over your first 12 months, you will transition into the Lead Advisor role for a dedicated book of ~50–100 existing households. You will be their primary fiduciary guide.
- Support the Team: You will act as the technical right-hand to the Sr. Advisors, preparing meeting materials, saving compliance documents, and handling complex client requests.

- Ethical to a Fault: You understand what "Fiduciary" means and live by it.
- Ambitious but Patient: You want to be a Partner one day, but you are willing to do the grunt work to earn the stripes.
The Requirements:
- License: Series 65 (or Series 66) is required. Note: If you are the perfect candidate but unlicensed, we may offer employment conditional on passing the exam within 90 days. Study time is expected to be outside of business hours.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel is non-negotiable.
