1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed.

As a Line Lead, you will support employees on the production floor, keep workflow on track, and help ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support production employees during the shift.
- Keep production moving safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Monitor workflow, staffing needs, changeovers, and shift transitions.
- Reinforce food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety expectations.
- Help troubleshoot production issues and communicate updates to supervisors.
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Support continuous improvement, reduce waste, and help minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Food production experience is helpful, but strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are most important.
- High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
- Previous lead, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, teamwork, basic math, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read production documents, follow specifications, and work overtime or weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures, equipment, noise, and required safety gear.
