- Are detail‑oriented but understand the bigger picture.
- Value accuracy, documentation, and consistency.
- Enjoy hands‑on work with real impact on production and customers.
- 2 years in quality inspection or manufacturing.
- Experience using precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T basics.
- Experience with nonconformance reporting and quality systems.
- Supplier quality or outsourced manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar systems.
- FAI, CMM, ERP/MRP, or QMS experience.
- Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Standing for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
