Employee Benefit Plan Field Auditor

What You’ll Do
You’ll conduct payroll compliance audits and assist with financial statement audits for employee benefit plans. You’ll work independently—whether on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid setting—while being supported by a collaborative team that values your contributions.
What You’ll Need
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Functional knowledge of accounting principles (Associate’s degree or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Travel
- Willingness to Travel: Comfortable working at various client and payroll audit locations-primarily day trips with occasional overnight travel required.
- Reliable Transportation: Ability to drive a personal vehicle to job sites within a 300-mile radius of the primary office.
