- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Communications, or a related field; required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
