We are seeking a skilled and reliable End Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As an End Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and dirt to various job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate material deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of materials transported and delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating heavy equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on the dump truck and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.
- Valid commercial driving license class A (CDL) for minimum 2 years with a clean driving record.
- Must be 25 years of age.
- Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics and safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining focus on individual tasks.
