Duties:
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and slicing vegetables
- Assemble salads according to customer orders or catering requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knife skills for cutting and chopping vegetables
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
