What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at Clark's Pump-N-Shop?
FULL TIME
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen manager
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in banquet and event preparation as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, or culinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
