Server

As a Server, you'll command a busy floor, guiding guests through the dining experience.  If you are a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answering questions, and making suggestions.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and beverage services
• Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Active TABC certifications required
• Minimum of 1-year server experience required
• Excellent customer service and people skills required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good working knowledge of beverages and a willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
• Ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.
• Prior experience with POS systems

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
