What You’ll Do
As the Membership Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our Comfort Club program, ensuring customers receive the value and service they expect. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing reports for upcoming and expired memberships; maintaining accuracy of records
- Assisting with the rollout of the new Comfort Club
- Processing membership enrollments, renewals, and cancellations
- Monitoring deferred revenue and linking jobs correctly
- Updating pricing, terms, and compliance details in ServiceTitan
- Coordinating with dispatch and service teams to schedule visits
- Handling customer calls and emails regarding billing, status, or service expectations
- Auditing memberships and jobs for accuracy and compliance
- Adjusting memberships based on program changes or upgrades
- Reviewing inactive memberships and taking appropriate next steps
- Managing billing activity, contacting customers for updated info, and canceling non-paying accounts
Schedule
- In-Office Position – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
