- 3 years of leasing conventional apartments is required. Experience as an Assistant Property Manager is a plus!
- Strong customer service and sales experience may be considered in place of leasing experience.

Job Description:
- Show apartments and answer questions for future tenants.
- Work with maintenance to prepare vacant apartments.
- Support the Property Manager with lease renewals.
- Plan and execute resident functions monthly.
- Familiarity with Onesite is a plus (similar to Yardi).
- Must reside in Baldwin County, Alabama.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bonus Structure:
- 12-month lease signed - $100
- 6 Month lease signed - $50
- 12-month renewal - $80
- 6-month renewal - $40
