Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Saraland, AL (Onsite)

Pay: $15.48/hour

Experience: Previous customer service or related experience

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Clark Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Answer questions regarding custom rug production or manufacturing via phone or email
• Give price quotes on rugs, strike-offs, and design-related services
• Enter orders (rugs, samples, carpet, and design requests)
• Order materials needed to manufacture rugs
• Work with production managers scheduling ship dates
• Update customers on carpet backorders and make suggestions for possible substitutions
• Track orders and communicate with sales leaders and customers regarding delays or problems
  
  

Position Requirements

• Must be computer literate with the ability to type up to 30 WPM
• AS 400 experience preferred
• Order entry skills preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong mathematical skills
