Pay: $15.48/hour

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or order processing.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Clark Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding custom rug production via phone and email.
• Provide pricing quotes for rugs, samples, and design services.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule and track shipments.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate delays, backorders, and alternative options to customers.
• Order materials required for production and fulfillment.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proficiency in data entry and order processing systems.
• Strong typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute).
• Basic mathematical skills for pricing and order calculations.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as AS400 is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
