Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Diagnose and deliver comprehensive surgical treatment
- Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards
- Collaborate with referring providers and team members
- Create an exceptional patient experience and supportive environment
- Contribute to practice growth and long-term vision
Scope of Practice
- Dental implants and full-arch surgery
- Wisdom teeth and complex extractions
- Treatment planning
- Trauma cases
- Bone grafting
- IV sedation and anesthesia
- Pathology
- Corrective jaw surgery
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board-eligible or board-certified preferred
- Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA, NPI, CPR, and required certifications
- Owner mindset with strong clinical and leadership skills
