IT Manager

Clark Logic
Portage, MI Full Time
POSTED ON 6/7/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 7/11/2026

About the Role

Clark Logic is a growing, multi-location company. The IT Manager plays a key role in strengthening operational discipline, enforcing standards, and ensuring our systems remain reliable as the business continues to expand.

This is a senior operational leadership role. The IT Manager owns day-to-day IT execution across the company and is expected to exercise sound judgment in how work is prioritized and completed.

New requests and project ideas will regularly surface from across the business. The right candidate will evaluate what is necessary, what is feasible, and what should be deferred, maintaining steady progress without overextending the team or destabilizing operations. This role requires authority, discipline, and follow-through.

The IT Manager will exercise disciplined judgment in operational and technical decisions, prioritizing long-term standardization, system maintainability, and alignment with established cybersecurity best practices.

Working in partnership with the fractional CTO, this position has a clear opportunity to grow into broader technology leadership responsibility as the company continues to mature.
