Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support maintenance and facilities projects across our real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and serving as the communication link between vendors, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track all maintenance and repair projects across assigned properties.
- Schedule vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and flag variances.
- Maintain project documentation, including work orders, schedules, contracts, and reports.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify project progress and compliance with scope.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and property managers regarding project status and timelines.
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are followed in all maintenance activities.
- Prepare status updates and project reports for leadership review.
- Support long-term maintenance planning and assist with capital improvement tracking.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, facilities management, property management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work with vendors, tenants, and internal staff.
- Proficiency with project management or work order systems (e.g., CMMS, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
- Basic financial acumen (budget tracking, invoice review, reporting).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Background in real estate, property maintenance, or construction coordination.
- Experience working with service vendors and contractors.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and compliance requirements.

Pay: $47,179.79 - $56,818.67 per year
