Job Summary:
We are hiring Grounds Maintenance Technicians to support our year-round landscaping and property maintenance operations. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in all seasons and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using commercial equipment
- Perform landscape maintenance: planting, mulching, weeding, and pruning
- Use blowers and other tools for cleanup and debris removal
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery
- Maintain properties through all seasons, including leaf removal and snow/ice management
- Perform winter work such as snow shoveling, plowing, salting, and ice control
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned routes
Requirements:
- Experience with landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred; training provided for the right candidate
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow
- Comfortable operating snow removal equipment and working outdoors during winter months
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must pass a drug screening – Clark Logic is a drug-free workplace
