About the Company

As a Residential Executive Security Officer, you will be entrusted with ensuring the safety and security of high-profile individuals or properties. With core skills in security and conflict management, you will be responsible for mitigating risks and responding to security threats effectively. Skills in first aid, law enforcement, surveillance, CPR, and military experience will be invaluable in handling emergency situations with precision and professionalism. Additionally, skills in CCTV monitoring will aid in maintaining a secure environment. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional situational awareness, and the ability to respond swiftly to any potential threats. Applicants must have pistol certification congruent with a Certified LE pistol qualification. This position is at a water front property and requires the candidate to be a proficient swimmer.

About the Role

Expected hours: Overnights. Various days are available. Part time and Full time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level security and protection for clients within their residential properties.
• Monitor and control access to residential premises, ensuring the safety of clients and their guests.
• Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate potential security threats.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and security measures.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging threats to enhance protective strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Prior or current law enforcement
• Experience in a close protection setting
• Experience in an emergency response team
• Experience in a special operations unit or SMU
