What You’ll Do:
- Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and purchase completion
- Present and explain product features, pricing, and value-added services clearly and confidently
- Use CRM tools to ensure timely, consistent communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports and customer documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues by maintaining a positive, professional attitude
- Ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints and follow up to promote long-term loyalty
- Overcome objections professionally and support customers in making informed, confident decisions
- Proactively generate leads through referrals, community involvement, and outreach efforts
- Stay current on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and contribute to a supportive, guest-first environment
- Be adaptable and able to help another team member out
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the right thing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems to support the sales process
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Willingness to engage with prospects through community events, walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups
