Skills
The Project Paralegal will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate
- Experience assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including the use of eDiscovery software
- Experience managing high-volume litigation files from intake to settlement
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
