Clark Hill is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in San Diego, CA. All candidates must have 3 years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Familiarity with state, federal and international data privacy laws including CCPA/GDPR
- Experience defending data breach class actions, privacy torts and statutory claims (IRPA/BIPA/VPPA/CIPA), pixel tracking, and wiretap cases preferred
- Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary : $165,000 - $200,000
