About The Role
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Legal Administrative Assistant for its San Antonio, TX office. This position reports to the Office Manager, as well as assigned attorneys, and will work as part of a team. This is a hybrid position, requiring the LAA to be in the office three (3)days per week.
Required Skills And Experience
The salary range at the time of posting is $28.85 - $33.65 hourly/$60,000 - $70,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Legal Administrative Assistant for its San Antonio, TX office. Required Skills And Experience
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3years of litigationexperience;
- Providing the requisite legal secretarial and administrative support and clerical needs to assigned attorneys;
- Preparing letters, memos, and other legal documentation;
- Entering client information into the system to run conflicts checks for new clients, as well as preparation of supporting documentation such as engagement letters;
- Preparing and filing pleadings with the appropriate court system and docketing dates into a central docketing system, as needed;
- Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reimbursement documentation;
- Answering the phones of assigned attorneys; and
- Entering attorney time.
- A track record of excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are strongly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills utilizing all aspects of Office 365;
- Excellent attention to detail with superb proofreading skills;
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume and diverse workload able to handle multiple tasks at one time with exceptional organizational skills.
- Must have sound judgment and business acumen when interacting with clients, potential clients, guests, coworkers, and others; and
- Certified Legal Secretary designation is a plus.
