Duties:
-Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
-Perform routine maintenance checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.
-Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
-Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, gauges, or other precision tools to verify quality standards.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety guidelines.
-Record production data, including quantities, downtime, and quality issues, in daily logs.
-Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not required—training provided).
-Ability to read and understand technical documents and safety instructions.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
-Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
-A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
