We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support key human resources and payroll functions within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and support payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including documentation, system setup, and new hire support.
- Assist with recruiting efforts by supporting candidate communication, scheduling, and hiring processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR data within company systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, policies, and general HR matters.
- Support ongoing HR initiatives, projects, and process improvement efforts.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation across HR and payroll functions.
- Partner with managers and leadership to support workforce needs and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience using ADP WFN.
- Experience processing payroll for a multi-state and multi-site company.
- Proven experience working for a manufacturing company.
- Ability to support onboarding, recruiting, and employee administration activities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
