We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and support a broad range of HR functions within a dynamic and growing organization. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and leadership, helping drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Support employee relations by responding to employee and manager inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate with external vendors as needed
- Oversee leave administration and ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations
- Support payroll processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Assist with performance management initiatives, employee development programs, and training activities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, audits, and system enhancements
- Foster a positive workplace culture and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Professional HR certification preferred.
- 5 years of progressive human resources experience.
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, and other HR technologies.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees, managers, and leadership teams.
