Who we’re looking for…
We are looking for someone with a passion for BBQ and especially Clark Crew BBQ! A team player who has the desire to ensure we look our best in the kitchen area.
Now what will be expected of you!
Of course, we expect you to be on time, looking like a Clark Crew team member. You’ll also ensure all dishes and equipment are washed, sanitized and ready for your fellow Team Members to bring on the BBQ! Side duties include but may not be limited to ensuring the dish area is clean and organized, assisting with cleaning projects and food preparation.

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
Skills/Competencies/Certifications:
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment
• Adhere to health, kitchen safety and sanitation standards
