Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years Joint Training or Readiness experience
- 5 years supporting National Guard, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Service Headquarters
- Experience developing and managing Joint Training Plans
- Expertise in all phases of the Joint Training System
- Experience with Mission Training Assessments (MTA) and Training Proficiency Assessments (TPA)
- Former Joint Training Officer
- Former J7/J35/J37 staff experience
- Certified Joint Planner
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) graduate
