Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team for 2nd or 3rd shift.
Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide basic resident care, such as monitoring patient condition
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety at all times
- Help residents with eating
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Document resident information accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
Experience:
- Certification required
- Previous experience working in a long term care setting preferred
- Knowledge of infection control measures
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
