- Respond to emergencies and disturbances, employing conflict management techniques as necessary.
- Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations when required.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, inmate behavior, and other relevant observations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of inmate interactions and facility operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with security protocols and practices within correctional facilities is an asset.
- Training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong report writing skills are essential for documenting incidents accurately.
