Specific projects that this individual will work on will be assisting management document and format best practices for different roles and procedures within the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle
multiple tasks simultaneously, and is comfortable interfacing with both corporate clients and industrial craft employees.

This individual will be responsible for Project Administration of C3M. Specific projects that this individual will work on will be assisting management document and format best practices for different roles and procedures within the organization. Core Responsibilities
- Training & Compliance Coordination: Process background checks, schedule and manage appointments for Client Badge and RWP (Roadway Worker Protection) training for both C3M employees and subcontractors forms with high accuracy.
- Compliance & Filing: Manage electronic filing of forms and handle various miscellaneous client
- Minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent experience
- Acrobat and PowerPoint is required. Excel (intermediate to advanced) and possess strong basic computer skills. Proficiency in Adobe management’s involvement.
- Able to work independently but have a clear understanding of risk involved and to solicit
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates problem solving skills and critical thinking skills work assignments.
- Understanding of the appropriate sense of urgency and ability to prioritize efficiently and simultaneously
- Effective time management skills, in order to complete multiple tasks
