The right candidate thrives on the floor, makes eye contact, remembers names, asks about the wedding or the graduation, and finds the perfect gift before the customer even knows they're looking for one. They are cheerful, upbeat, and contagiously enthusiastic about Kilwins — the product, our brand, the experience.

They are also a natural seller — someone who loves the moment a customer's face lights up after a sample, who doesn't hesitate to say "You have to try the fudge," and who understands that great hospitality and great sales are the same thing done well.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
