Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Monett, MO, for a Crisis Intervention Specialist. The specialist will respond to urgent mental health situations, conduct assessments, implement behavioral interventions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support individuals in crisis. Additional responsibilities include developing care plans, providing ongoing guidance, and connecting clients to appropriate resources to promote recovery and stability.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Intervention
- Background in Psychology and Education, with a focus on mental health and crisis management
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and resource coordination
- Ability to work under pressure in crisis situations with empathy and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in mental health care, counseling, or crisis response is a plus
- Relevant certification or licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW) is advantageous
