Server/Bartender Jobs open for full and part time employees. We are a new distillery located right along the Colorado River in Palisade. Looking for qualified, dependable employees who take pride in their work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- ensure ingredients for garnish are fresh
- follow recipes for drinks
- serve food
- maintain a clean and safe work area including handling utensils, equipment
- properly handle and store ingredients
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- rotate, stocking, prepping fruit
- make and serve drinks
- clean bar and tables as needed and after shifts
Skills & Qualifications:
- ability to work as part of a team, or individual at different shift times
- interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of other people such as foh, management and sometimes customers
- calm demeanor to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
- comprehension and organization to follow direct orders and recipes and to correctly prepare drinks to the standards of the restaurant
- Ability to stand in one place for hours at a time and work shifts
- Trustworthy, reliable and respectful at all times
- On time to schedules shifts
- Consistent availability within reason as determined by management/owners
