The Role:
Call Center & Patient Outreach
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with leads from workshops, events, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Perform consistent follow-up with prospective patients
- Re-engage past patients and inactive leads
- Maintain detailed call notes and patient records
Patient Experience
- Meet and greet patients in the office when needed
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining a smooth patient flow
- Confirm appointments and patient charges
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation
Lead Generation & Marketing Support
- Assist with lead generation initiatives
- Encourage patient referrals
- Help gather patient testimonials (written or video)
- Support clinic marketing efforts including email and social media outreach
- Participate in community outreach and events when needed
· Meeting and greeting patients
· Maintain a consistent patient flow
· Maintaining patient records and respect confidentiality
· Perform therapies and educate the patients
· Documentation of therapies performed
· Confirming patient accounts/charges
· Maintain equipment and keeping the office presentable
· Encourage patients to refer others
· Gathering/Recording testimonies written or spoken
· Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
· Involvement in marketing and public relation projects
· On-going training will be provided, with opportunities to attend fully paid seminars
Preferred Requirements:
· Has great telephone manner, tone and communication skills
· Computer knowledge
· Is proactive, organized, reliable and consistent in their work
· A desire to learn new skills and grow into roles as needed
· Is health conscious
· Ability to work in a team of different personalities

Hours & Address
This position is for 40Hr/Week on a rotation with your coworkers.
