We are looking for a full-time associate attorney for our corporate, real estate, outside general counsel and transactional practice. The candidate must be highly detail-oriented and be able to manage large projects. Hard work and excellent writing and communication skills are critical.
Qualifications
- A candidate with at least one to two years of experience; two to three years of experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Member of the Utah State Bar in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
