Job Description
We are looking for a professional and organized Construction Sales Consultant to manage inbound leads and guide clients through our proven sales and pre-construction process. This role focuses on education, clear communication, and setting proper expectations—not high-pressure sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound client inquiries and scheduled consultations
- Conduct on-site discovery meetings
- Educate clients on scope, budget, timelines, and construction process
- Present Range of Cost (ROC) estimates
- Guide qualified clients into Professional Service Agreements (PSA)
- Coordinate with estimating and project management teams
- Maintain accurate client notes and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Experience in construction sales, remodeling, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Comfortable discussing pricing and timelines
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
