Clark Air & Heat is rebuilding — and we’re looking for the right technician to grow with us.
We are a locally owned HVAC company based in Merritt Island, focused on quality work, honest service, and building a strong, reliable team. This is not a corporate environment—you’ll be working directly with the owner and leadership to help shape the future of the company.
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled HVAC technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something long-term.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and system diagnostics
- Complete full system installs and replacements
- Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Strong work ethic and reliability (this is a must)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in Florida heat, attics, and tight spaces
- Positive attitude and team mindset
