Job Overview:
Clarivo Cleaners (formerly 4U Cleaners) is seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with garment intake and pickup, handling transactions, and ensuring customers receive a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Receive, tag, and organize garments for cleaning
- Process customer orders accurately
- Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Maintain front counter cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with production staff regarding customer orders
- Assist with order pickup and delivery coordination
- Promote company services and special offerings
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Dry cleaning or garment care experience is a plus but not required
