Hours of Work
The expected base salary for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 7 years of Intellectual Property experience
- 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Experience working as an IP Paralegal
- Salesforce experience
- Presentation or demo experience
- Previous experience in an IP consulting role
- Lead multiple complex pre-sales and solution consulting projects, overseeing product consulting activities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Define and implement consulting strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in product consulting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of product solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence the direction of the product consulting function.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements and feedback.
- Represent the product consulting function in strategic customer discussions and negotiations, advocating for customer needs and organizational capabilities.
- Mentor and guide consultants in project execution and customer interactions.
- Support and co-lead consultative engagements.
- Identify, develop, and share best practices, case studies, and process improvements across the global team.
- Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
- Provide pro-actively advice and support to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
- Competitive intelligence – understand and be able to defend our solutions and capabilities against competitive offerings.
- Lead the contribution to request for information and proposal (RFI/RPF) responses from a functional perspective and stimulate collaboration with all stakeholders. Co-own the executive summary of the RFx.
- Lead and organize customer trials and proof of concepts and similar engagements.
- Configure and setup bespoke requirements of customers in a demo environment.
- Develop thought leadership materials and participate as an SME in marketing campaigns required to generate leads and build the top of funnel.
