What will you be doing in this role?
Support day-to-day HR operations and helpmaintainaccurateemployee data, documentation, and reports.
Partnerwith HR Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives such as engagement activities, and process improvements.
Assistwith talent acquisition support (e.g., scheduling, candidate communications) and help improve the candidate and employee experience.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Mustbe acollege studentpursuing a bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated interest in Human Resources,peopleoperations, or organizational development (through coursework, projects, or internships).
Strong attention to detail, professionalism with sensitive information, and a willingness to learn and contribute.
It would be great if you also had
Previousinternship, campus leadership, or customer-facing experience thatdemonstratescommunication and collaboration skills.
Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and learning new systems quickly.
Exposure to HRIS tools or recruiting platforms (or a strong interest in learning HR systems and processes).
What will you learn:
Core HR concepts and the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, onboarding, development, and retention).
How to partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate needs into clear processes and documentation.
Best practices for employee communications, coordination, and deliveringa positivecandidate/employee experience.
Data accuracy and confidentiality fundamentals, including how HR teams manage sensitive information.
How to use common HR tools and trackers to organize work, report progress, and support program delivery.
Basics of HR reporting and metrics (e.g., tracking activities,identifyingtrends, and summarizing insights).
