Role Description
ClarityCare AI is seeking a Founding GTM Lead to join our team in San Francisco, CA. Be the first commercial hire at a company building AI that helps millions of patients get faster access to care. You'll own how ClarityCare grows — from brand to pipeline to close — and help us bring utilization management into the modern era.
- You will own the full commercial motion at a category-defining AI company in a $1T market already impacting hundreds of thousands of patients
- You will build and shape our brand narrative — LinkedIn presence, thought leadership, and category positioning — so the world knows what ClarityCare stands for
- You will represent ClarityCare at industry conferences, turning conversations into relationships and relationships into contracts
- You will drive deals from first touch to signed contract, navigating complex health plan and TPA procurement cycles with persistence and clarity
- You will be the voice of the market internally — bringing back what buyers care about, what's changing, and where the opportunities are
- You will work with an A* team of ex-founders, operators, and clinicians who are bullish on getting patients the care they need faster
- You are energized by follow-up, fluent in healthcare, and genuinely believe AI can fix one of the most broken workflows in medicine
Qualifications
- 5 years in a GTM, business development, or enterprise sales role — ideally selling into health plans, TPAs, or managed care organizations
- Genuine passion for healthcare transformation and improving patient access to care; you can tell our story authentically because you believe it
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Strong brand and content instincts — comfortable building a LinkedIn presence and contributing to thought leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical AI capabilities into clinical and operational value for non-technical buyers
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, able to build structure where none exists, and energized by being first
- Experience at an early-stage healthtech startup is a strong plus
