Job Description
The Service Advisor plays a key role in supporting our firm’s Lead Advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans, developing client-specific recommendations, and participating in client meetings. This role serves as a bridge between planning, insurance, and investment team members to ensure coordinated, accurate, and client-centered financial strategies. The Service Advisor focuses on analysis, preparation, and follow-through, ensuring that client meetings are well-prepared, recommendations are sound, and internal teams are aligned—allowing the Lead Advisor to focus on relationship management and strategic guidance while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review financial plans, with support from the Lead Advisors
- Prepare meeting agendas, financial analyses, and assist in crafting tailored recommendations in advance of client meetings.
- Attend client meetings alongside the Lead Advisor to provide planning insight, answer questions, support delivery of recommendations, and ensure follow-through.
- Translate client goals and financial data into actionable planning strategies.
- Document meeting outcomes, action items, and next steps, delegating to the team when necessary.
- Work closely with the investment and insurance teams to coordinate and align clients’ strategies.
- Monitor client plans and assist in periodic reviews and updates as life events or market conditions change.
- Serve as a knowledgeable secondary resource for client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Life & Health insurance licenses preferred, or gained within 6 months of employment
- FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses preferred, or gained within 12 months of employment
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management or financial planning support roles
- Familiarity with financial planning concepts, investment products and insurance solutions

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
