Summary
Clarity Security is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative. This is a hybrid closing and pipeline creation position. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own individual quota while generating pipeline and driving meeting attendance for their assigned account executives and the business at large. This position is designed for individuals who want to learn world-class sales fundamentals, deeply understand customer problems, and grow into Clarity’s future AEs and sales leaders.
Responsibilities:
Performance & Quota Attainment:
- Exceed individual booked business quota responsibilities on a monthly basis
- Create a pipeline of 3x pipeline coverage against quota
- Manage full sales cycle from inception to close
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Support and participate in the creation of 3x Clarity (organization wide) quota in pipeline
- Drive the rapid conversion of high-value, marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities.
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand prospect challenges and business impact.
- Advance qualified leads to meetings with Account Executives.
- Execute high-volume outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and multi-touch cadences daily.
- Maintain strong conversion benchmarks from MQL → SQL → Opportunity.
Process & Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate, timely updates in HubSpot/Salesforce with exceptional attention to detail.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, trade shows, and follow-up strategies.
- Represent Clarity Security at industry trade shows, regional events, and customer engagements with executive presence.
- Leverage the sales playbook through your sales process.
- Self review and leadership review on Chorus calls.

What We Offer
Competitive base salary plus commission ($120,000 - $145,000 on-target earnings).
