Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic team at busy pharmacy in Galway City!

This full-time position offers an excellent work-life balance with no late nights, Sundays, or bank holidays required. Some Saturday work will be involved.

This full-time position offers an excellent work-life balance with no late nights, Sundays, or bank holidays required. Some Saturday work will be involved.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist in the dispensary
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries or requests
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions to patients
- Manage and monitor prescribed dosages
- Handle paperwork and monthly claims as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform any other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong time management skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies or completion of the IPU course
- Experience working in an Irish pharmacy
Additional Information:
- The pharmacy uses the MPS dispensing system
- Supported by a dedicated and experienced team
