Overview We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and support business growth. This role is responsible for managing incoming leads, building strong client relationships, and closing new business. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads (calls, website inquiries, referrals) Qualify prospects and determine strong client fit Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs Present services clearly and professionally Close new client accounts with confidence and integrity Maintain consistent follow-up and communication Track leads, pipeline activity, and conversion rates Help refine sales scripts and processes Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Skills & Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, or client relations Strong communication and confidence in sales conversations Ability to guide conversations and close deals effectively Organized and able to manage multiple leads Self-motivated and results-driven CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or financial services is a plus
