Qualifications

- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
- Valid state health insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
- Customer service experience in healthcare insurance, or a related field, with a focus on problem-solving and relationship building.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and online enrollment platforms; bilingual skills are a plus.
